RFP-LE-2011-119 - 2011.119 Lowell Blvd. Clear Creek to 62nd Avenue/Engr Svcs

Summary of Specifications:
Adams County is requesting proposals including cost of services from Professional Engineering Consultants for the design, construction specifications, construction documents, construction quantities estimate, and all necessary services as specified in this Request for Proposals for roadway improvements on Lowell Blvd from Clear Creek to 62nd Avenue. The roadway improvements shall consist of the following;  1. New curb, gutter, and sidewalk on the east side of Lowell Blvd from the south of the railroad crossing to 62nd Avenue, 

2. Intersection improvements at the railroad crossing to include access improvements for the service roads in the area. 3. A new lane addition on Lowell Blvd along with curb, gutter, and sidewalk from the railroad to the Clear Creek Bridge. 

The scope of services shall also include a traffic study, geotechnical study, and drainage study.
