Summary of Specifications:
7 Parking lots - The Project is a parking lot surface pavement repair project. The objective is to maintain the integrity and durability of pavement strength as well as correct drainage problems at the above mentioned facilities. The scope of work for the project shall include, but not be limited to: milling and overlay asphalt pavement, asphalt patching, removing and replacing curb and gutters, removing and replacing sidewalk, removing and replacing concrete pavement, reinforced asphalt patching, crack seal, seal coat, erosion and sediment control, and construction traffic control. It is recommended that bidders on this project review the work sites and Exhibits. The scope of work for this project is indicated on Exhibits.
