Summary of Specifications:
this project is a maintenance project that consists of providing chip seal at different locations in unincorporated Adams County. The scope of work for the project shall include, but not be limited to the following tasks: • Provide neighborhood notification in regards to construction and traffic control • Protect existing utilities and survey monuments • Chip seal streets as directed by the County • Provide pavement patching as directed by County • Provide erosion and sediment control Best Management Practices

The Contractor has 40 (FORTY) CALENDAR DAYS to finish the project after the “Notice to Proceed” is given.
