Summary of Specifications:
Adams County is accepting proposals for Maintenance Services Due to September 2013 Flooding Storm (Project). The County anticipates the need for traffic control, maintenance equipment, and personnel to remove debris build up at, and around bridges and culverts. The goal for the County is to complete the Project in a timely manner that will not negatively impact private properties, existing drainage conditions (do not block drainage), and will remove and dispose of the debris collected in a cost effective manner.
