Summary of Specifications:
Adams County is seeking a qualified company to perform traffic signal maintenance and emergency repair of traffic signals. This contract is for a one year term with the option to renew services for two additional one year terms provided the services performed meet Adams County standards.

The contractor will be required to furnish complete traffic signal maintenance, repair service, and extra work on a time and material basis. Service shall include furnishing all labor, machinery, tools, equipment, and personnel necessary to provide maintenance services.
