NOT ALL DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THIS PROJECT ARE ATTACHED. PLEASE GO TO THE ADAMS COUNTY FTP SITE;SEE BID DOCUMENTS FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ACCESS THE SITE. This project consists of operations needed to support construction of the RTD Gold Line bridge over the future Clay Community Outfall drainage channel. This includes: excavation and disposal of landfill solid waste; construction de-watering, including collection, treatment and release of contaminated groundwater; placement of and backfill over a geomembrane liner system below the future drainage channel; water line, sanitary sewer and storm sewer removal; new 12” water line, partially encased; new 15” sanitary sewer, partially encased, including a 300’ bore through the I-76 embankment; new storm sewer; and construction erosion control.
