IFB-2014-371 - 2014-371 Lift Station #1 Improvements

Summary of Specifications:
The Adams County Regional Park Lift Station #1 Improvements Project, Project No. 2014.371, (the Project) is providing a replacement sanitary sewer lift station and related upgrades to the lift station and force main system. The Project is a rehabilitation and upgrade for an existing lift station within the Adams County Regional Park complex. The scope of work for the project shall include, but not be limited to: 

• Obtain all necessary permits • Provide erosion and sediment control • Remove existing lift station pumps • Demolish existing lift station control building • Modify existing lift station manhole structure • Construct approximately 60 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer • Construct a new lift station manhole structure adjacent to existing lift station • Furnish and install new packaged duplex pump system with control panel • Furnish and install new back-up power generator, ATS, and power cable • Modify existing power feed • Construct new valve vault • Construct new metering vault • Apply coating to new lift station structure and two existing manhole structures • Construct approximately 35 linear feet of 4-inch ductile iron force main and fittings • Construct approximately 130 linear feet of 4-inch C-900 PVC force main • Install and monitor groundwater dewatering system • Bypass pump existing flows • Restore all disturbed areas
