IFB-2014-373 - 2014-373 PRECAST BOX CULVERTS

Summary of Specifications:
Precast reinforced concrete box culverts shall be designed per CDOT Std Plan M-603-3 and CDOT 2011 specifications. Box culverts shall be delivered by the Manufacturer to the corresponding sites indicated in section 4 below. Delivery shall be coordinated with the Contractor on site and the Contractor will supply the required equipment to off load the products. (Manufacturer will not be required to off-load) Manufacturer shall include lifting anchors and any specialized hardware required for lifting and unloading. All required hardware to connect precast culvert pieces and for development of rebar at the end piece such as gaskets, dowel bars etc. shall be included in the Manufacturer’s price. The selected Manufacturer shall supply shop drawings for approval by the County to meet the County’s manufacturing schedule, being a delivery date no later than 12/12/2014. Review may take up to 5 working days for the County to approve and/or comment on the shop drawings. All industry best management practices shall apply
