Summary of Specifications:
The 56th Avenue project (project) is a significant maintenance project located in unincorporated Adams County. The scope of work for the project shall include, but not be limited to: 

• Provide neighborhood notification in regards to construction and traffic control • Provide erosion and sediment control • Protect existing utilities and survey monuments • Adjust manhole, valve box, and monitoring well • Reset monument • Widen the road and install pedestrian facilities • Storm sewer installation
