Description

The Adams County “County” project shall consist of applying the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan for Public Right-of-Way in Unincorporated Adams County and all other works as described on the construction plans on ADA Transition Program – Area 5 – E 55th Ave Project.
The Contractor has 90 calendar days to finish the project after the “Notice to Proceed” is provided by the Adams County Contract Specialist. Failure to complete the project by this date and/or an extended date approved prior in writing by the County Designated Project Representative, shall result in assessed liquidated damages as specified herein.
