Summary of Specifications:
The Adams County Board of Commissioners by and through its Purchasing Manager is accepting bids for Abatement Services for the Former Adams County Sheriff’s Headquarters Located At 1901 E. Bridge St. Brighton, CO 80601. The County is also requesting pricing for complete demolition of the building as an add option and will determine, depending on budget, if to demolish the structure or not. The abatement and demolition of the structure are being accepted as separate bid prices, vendors may submit pricing on all pieces or separately. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder in part or in whole, whichever is in the best interest of the County.
