Description

PURPOSE/BACKGROUND: The Adams County Board of Commissioners by and through its Purchasing Division of the Finance Department is accepting proposals for Statements of Qualifications For Professional Roofing Contractors as specified herein from a source of supply that will provide prompt and efficient service to the County.

This SOQ is to establish a list of qualified roofing companies to preform future roofing projects for the County (over the next 5 years). Invitation To Bid (IFB’s) for future County roofing projects will be sent to the list of qualified roofing companies that have been selected from this SOQ. The successful Contractor from each project IFB will be required to sign an Agreement substantially similar to the Sample Agreement in Appendix A. The County reserves the right to add or delete provisions to the document prior to Agreement execution.
