RFP-RZA-2023.506 - Accounts Payable Automation

Adams County is soliciting proposals for an Accounts Payable Automated Solution that will integrate with JD Edwards 9.2 ERP software.  The preferred solution will automate the county’s invoice receiving process by providing Optical Character Recognition (OCR) functionality to read and import data into JD Edwards. The ideal solution would provide customizable automated workflow approvals, audit tracking and the ability to attach documentation and add notes in JD Edwards.  Adams County’s goal is to improve and simplify the current process by automating manual steps, improving visibility across user roles, and minimizing processing times.  Adams County uses 1 instance of JD Edwards 9.2 to process financial transactions.  There are 2 different accounting departments, which process Accounts Payable transactions for 14 departments from invoicing to payments.
