IFB-2015.061 - Adams County Sheriff Substation Cisco Phone Upgrade

Summary of Specifications:
The Adams County Sheriff Substation building is currently supporting their voice and data services with an aging (10+ years) Avaya Definity G3 PBX, and an equally aging Cisco data switching infrastructure. A migration strategy is being put in place to deploy a new Cisco data network infrastructure and Highly Available Unified Communications System to support the voice and data services for this building. Approximately 179 phones and up to 38 analog extensions will be deployed with the following applications: 

• Unified Communications Call Manager • Unity Connection Voicemail • Unified Contact Center Express 

This project will include the purchase of new equipment to replace the existing network routing/switching infrastructure. Adams County IT staff will be responsible for installation and initial configuration of the routing/switching infrastructure, which will eventually be used by the Unified Communications applications. The contractor will not be responsible for the installation and configuration of the routing/switching infrastructure.
