Summary of Specifications:
Community Corrections statutes in Colorado provide for strong participation of local government through the establishment of community corrections boards. One of the responsibilities of these boards is to determine who is appropriate to be placed in their local facilities. The Adams County Community Corrections Board (ACCCB) is seeking a qualified consultant to assist them in improving the process of reviewing transition and diversion cases for community corrections placement. In order to make equitable and consistent decisions, the ACCCB is seeking the creation and implementation of an Evidence Based Decision Making (EBDM) Tool to help guide this process. The goal is to develop an objective tool that aligns the values of the local community with evidence based research.
