Summary of Specifications:
1. Objective: The Adams County Board of Commissioners by and through its Purchasing Manager is accepting proposals for Moving Consultant Services to assist the County in its move to its new campus. 2. Building: The County is currently constructing a 335,000 square foot office complex in Brighton, Colorado. This new facility will consolidate 14 departments, and elected officials currently located in five separate buildings in Brighton, Westminster and Commerce City, Colorado. The new building will consist of a 25,000 square foot conference center, a five story tower with offices and a data center, and a 40,000 square foot central plant with a loading dock.
