Adams County is soliciting information regarding capabilities and estimated cost from organic waste solutions providers. The County is specifically interested in opportunities to manage food and yard waste through compost services, biodigestion, and/or other viable options (food waste includes pre- and post-consumer food waste, at a rate of approximately 300-500 pounds produced per day; yard waste is defined as grass clippings, tree branches, and non-invasive weed species).
