Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of the Adams County Board of Commissioners to procure the services of a firm who is qualified to act as a process server to assist the County Human Services Department in serving legal documents for child support enforcement matters to establish paternity, support obligations, to secure support for any person eligible for IV-D services and for the investigation/recovery unit in order to assist in recovery of erroneously paid public assistance benefits within the State of Colorado Statues and Federal Regulations. Adams County Board of Commissioners, Human Services Department serves legal documents within Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, El Paso, Jefferson, Larimer, Morgan, Pueblo and Weld counties.
