Description

This Scope of work is to address subsidence of the roadway surface, as well as any sub grade issues adjacent to the existing Crestview 8” PVC waterline.

This Scope of work is confined only to the removals and replacements of the Concrete, Asphalt and failing sub-grade. There will be two phases.
Phase 1: The existing 8” PVC waterline repairs are to be made by Crestview Water and Sanitation District. The Contractor selected will excavate the water line trench as the 1st work on site to allow Crestview Water to make any needed repairs.
Phase 2: The remaining removals and replacements will follow any repair work on the waterline by Crestview.
