Adams State University (ASU), Fort Lewis College (FLC), and Western Colorado University (WCU), in
collaboration, are seeking information on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Student Information
System (SIS) providers who are able to address our collective needs. This RFI is intended to gather
current market information for an ERP and SIS system that manages the core operations of our
institutions including human resources (positions, benefits, timekeeping, etc.), finance (budgeting,
accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, etc.) as well as the functions required for educating
students (admissions, registration, financial aid, courses, scheduling, degree planning, faculty
assignments, transcripts, degrees), and other tasks involved with managing the matriculation, education, graduation and ongoing relationships with our students and alumni.
