Adams State University intends to sole soure the purchase of the Rankine Cycler Steam Turbine Power System Lab as per the attached Sole Source Justification. If anyone believes this to not be a sole source purchase based on the attached justification please email me at reneevigil@adams.edu before the deadline listed above.

Your response must be as follows:

1) A detailed response to specifications/features of the quoted equipment. Documents or literature, BAFO price quotes, comparative descriptions, etc. which can be evaluated to determine exact equivalence or better by ASU personnel.
2) Adams State University will be the sole judge of equivalence and compatibility.
3) All questions and responses pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted by email to the Purchasing Director ONLY at reneevigil@adams.edu
