RFP#2425-004 - Architectural Services for Aims Student Health and Wellness Center (SHWC)

Aims Community College has been approved to design and construct, from concept to project completion, a new Student Health and Wellness Center.  With Sunrise Community Health joining Aims on this project, the Student Health and Wellness Center will offer a variety of healthcare services for our students. In addition, mental health is a priority at Aims, and we are proud to be a nationally recognized as a JED Campus (suicide prevention). To ensure this is a complete Health and Wellness Center, Aims will relocate the Aims Counseling Services to this building.  The new building will also require identified shell space for future growth.
