The Work generally consists of Single Unit Cold in-Place Asphalt Pavement Recycling including, but not limited to, pulverizing, adding emulsion, water, additive, if required; mixing, leveling and compacting the recycled asphalt material on a two lane rural road located within unincorporated Arapahoe County. There is also an alternative bid schedule for cold central plant recycled reclaimed asphalt pavement.
