PRE-BID CONFERENCE IS MANDATORY: A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at
10:00 AM (our clock) on the 5th Day of January, 2022. via Microsoft Teams to discuss the
Specifications. A representative of the Contractor must attend this mandatory conference in order
to qualify to respond to this Solicitation. Contractor’s who fail to arrive prior to the scheduled starting time shall be considered non-responsive and ineligible for award.
In order to attend the mandatory Pre-Bid conference via Microsoft Teams, send the following
