PRE‑PROPOSAL CONFERENCE AND WALK-THROUGH IS MANDATORY: A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2018 @ 2:00 pm at Arapahoe County Detention Facility, 7375 S Potomac St., Centennial CO, to discuss the Specifications and examine the facility and site. A representative of the Contractor must attend this mandatory conference to qualify to respond to this solicitation.

This will be the only opportunity to view the facility. This includes consultants.

Contractors who fail to arrive at the pre‑proposal conference at the scheduled starting time (our clock) shall be considered non‑responsive and ineligible for award. Please arrive at the facility at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the pre-proposal conference. This will allow enough time to go through security.
