Construction is anticipated to take place fall 2020.

A pre‑proposal conference will be held on July 14, 2020 at 10:00 a.m., at Arapahoe County Justice Center, 7325 South Potomac Street, Centennial, CO 80112. We will be meeting at the entrance to the Justice Center to discuss the Specifications. The County will adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) social distancing guidelines and County approved policies which at this time require that you bring a face covering to this meeting. A representative of the Contractor is encouraged to attend this conference to become familiar with the Specifications.
