RFP-08-86 - Arapahoe County Justice Center Renovation Project

Summary of Specifications:
Arapahoe County (the County) is seeking responses from General Contractors for Construction Manager -General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the construction of the Arapahoe County Judicial Center Renovation Project. The renovation project shall be constructed in two parts. Part 1 of the Project is fully designed and a guaranteed maximum price bid is to be provided by firms submitting proposals in response to this RFP. Part 2 of the Project will be designed while Part 1 of the Project is being constructed, and firms responding to this RFP are required to include in their proposals a pre-construction services fee and a construction services fee for Part 2. 

The renovation project will take place at the following two locations within the Arapahoe County Justice Center : 

Arapahoe County Administration II Building 7305 South Potomac Street Centennial, Colorado 80112 

Arapahoe District Court Building 7325 South Potomac Street Centennial, Colorado 80112
