Summary of Specifications:
The Arapahoe County Purchasing Department will be accepting bids from authorized Berridge roof installers. Arapahoe Plaza has three buildings. This solicitation is for two buildings and specifies a match with a previously installed Berridge roof product on the third building. Therefore no substitutions will be accepted for this solicitation. The contractor must provide with this submittal their manufacturer’s certification of installation and provide for manufacturer’s twenty (20) year watertight warranty.

The work general consists of removal and replacement.
