Summary of Specifications:
PURPOSE: TO ESTABLISH A CONTRACT FOR SERVICES: The purpose of this Solicitation is to purchase asphalt materials and pavement milling services as specified herein from a source(s) of supply that will give prompt and efficient service to the County.
