The purpose of this Solicitation is to contract with a qualified firm(s) for the purchase and delivery of Bulk Fuel to various locations and to provide a comprehensive program for monitoring tanks and providing fuel treatment services for the Colorado Multiple Assembly of Procurement Officials (Colorado MAPO) Agencies as specified herein.
