Consultant shall be disqualified if Fee Proposal and Pricing Form are submitted with proposal and not as a separate document.
Upon award of selection, the selected firm is required to attend the scoping meeting with CDOT prior to final contract negotiations. The cost to attend this meeting shall be borne by consultant.
Submittals should be prepared simply and economically providing a straightforward, concise description of the Consultant’s ability to perform the requirements of this Solicitation.
