RFP-20-58 - CM/GC SERVICES FOR THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE DIGITAL EVIDENCE REMODEL

The purpose of this Solicitation is to obtain CM/GC services, including pre-construction services for the Sheriff’s Office Digital Evidence Remodel project located at 13101 E. Broncos Parkway, Centennial, CO  80112.
A mandatory pre-solicitation meeting will be held December 29, 2020 @ 10:00AM (our clock) at the Arapahoe County Sheriff/Coroner Facility, 13101 E. Broncos Parkway, Centennial, CO  80112, to discuss the Specifications.
The County will adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) social distancing guidelines and County approved policies which at this time require that you bring a face covering to this meeting.
Due to social distancing guidelines the County requests that contractors limit their subcontractors attending this meeting to 2 additional attendees: 1 Mechanical tradesman and 1 Electrical tradesman- total of 3 per company. It is suggested that a Mechanical tradesman AND an Electrical tradesman also attend.
In order to attend the pre-solicitation meeting, and to adhere to CDC social distancing guidelines, the County requests that your company RSVP by e-mailing the Purchasing Agent, Sarah Huerta, CPPB, shuerta@arapahoegov.com, by 4:30 p.m., local time, Wednesday, December 23, 2020.  *Please refer to page 8 for additional instruction. 
It is suggested to bring both your mechanical and electrical subcontractors to the walk through to review the existing conditions.  Please refer to the existing mechanical and electrical drawings included as a separate attachment.
