A mandatory pre-solicitation meeting will be held on January 11, 2022 @ 2:00 pm at the Arapahoe County Detention Facility – EOC Room, 7375 S. Potomac Street, Centennial, CO 80112, to discuss the Specifications. The County will adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) social distancing guidelines and County approved policies which at this time require that you bring a face covering to this meeting. A representative of the Contractor must attend this mandatory meeting to qualify to respond to this solicitation.
Contractors who fail to arrive at the pre‑proposal conference at the scheduled starting time (our clock) shall be considered non‑responsive and ineligible for award.
Contractor is subject to security measures and health screenings prior to entry into the facility.
Arapahoe County is operating under the Tri-County Health Department’s current public health order regarding face coverings for this meeting. Please plan accordingly.
