Summary of Specifications:
Arapahoe County (the County) is seeking responses from experienced and qualified carnival operators to provide and operate a carnival for the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds and Regional Park for the periods defined herein. The goal of Arapahoe County is to provide a Fair of the highest quality educational and recreational experience for the community while maintaining safety and customer service as the top priorities. Arapahoe County is seeking a carnival in which the maintenance and upkeep of rides is evident; personnel are clean and well dressed; and the most current popular rides and games are provided. The Arapahoe County Fair is a well-rounded event that includes rodeos, a demolition derby, a modified tractor pull, an antique tractor pull, a free stage, a kid’s area, and numerous other activities throughout the five (5) days of the Fair. At the present, the Fair is housed in one (1) building and several large tents located on the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds and Regional Park.
