RFP-07-42 - County Employee Health Benefits

Summary of Specifications:
There are three major objectives of this solicitation. The first is to review the competitiveness of the County’s current employee health benefit plans in the marketplace. The second is to obtain a proposal for a second insurance vendor to co-exist with the current Kaiser HMO plans. The third is to obtain a full replacement proposal for a County employee health benefit plan as a possible replacement to the current Kaiser plans.
