Obtain general construction services for the Ramp Replacement and Sidewalk Repairs per approved construction drawings and specifications for the Arapahoe County Detention Facility building located at 7375 South Potomac Street, Centennial, CO  80112.
Requirements met and response included?                                                                    

  1. Local office is required 
  2. Superintendent identification 
  3. Subcontractors of Work shall be identified in submittal 
  4. Consent/Agree to weekly project status/coordination meetings 
  5. Provide a detailed project schedule 
  6. Consent/Agree to Contractor and Subcontractors providing information for background/security checks
  7. Agree to a maximum change order markup fee of ten percent (10%) 
  8. Bid Guaranty
