IFB-17-58 - DETENTION CENTER RAMP REPLACEMENT AND SIDEWALK REPAIRS

The purpose of this Solicitation is to obtain general construction services for the Ramp Replacement and Sidewalk Repairs per approved construction drawings and specifications for the Arapahoe County Detention Facility building located at 7375 South Potomac Street, Centennial, CO  80112 as specified herein from a source(s) that will give prompt and efficient service to the County. 
 
III.  MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
 
Failure to provide required information may deem your submittal non-responsive.
 

1. Local office is required – verification shall be Supplied by Vendor in submittal
2. Superintendent identification - shall be Supplied by Vendor in submittal
3. Subcontractors of Work shall be identified in submittal – provide a list of subcontractors
4. Consent/Agree to weekly project status/coordination meetings - letter/memo included in submittal
5. Provide a detailed project schedule - shall be Supplied by Vendor in submittal
6. Consent/Agree to Contractor and Subcontractors providing information for background/security checks - shall be Supplied by Vendor in submittal
7. Agree to a maximum change order markup fee of ten percent (10%) - shall be Supplied by Vendor in submittal
8. Bid Guaranty in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond, made payable  to ARAPAHOE COUNTY GOVERNMENT, in the amount that represents 5% of the total base price – included in submittal
