Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Solicitation is to contract with an Event EMS Provider for the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds and Park as specified herein from a source(s) that will give prompt and efficient service to the County. Although this Solicitation specifies an exact location for an Event EMS Provider, it is understood and agreed that the County may, during the term of the contract, request additional Event EMS Provider services from the successful Vendor. This option, if exercised, is the prerogative of the County and shall be honored by the Vendor throughout the contract period. No guarantees are made additional services will be requested.
