Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Solicitation is to contract with a claims administrator for third-party administration of Arapahoe County’s Section 125 / Flexible Spending Account Plan (premium only plan, health care flexible spending account, and dependent care flexible spending account) and of the County’s Health Reimbursement Account plan in conjunction with the County’s Deductible HMO plan, as specified herein, from a source(s) that will give prompt and efficient service to the County.
