Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Solicitation is to obtain proposals for Professional Audit Services for the performance of an annual audit of the County’s financial statements as required by law from a firm that will provide prompt and efficient service to the County. The County will consider an agreement for a five-year term, subject to the annual review and recommendation, the satisfactory negotiation of terms (including a price acceptable to both Arapahoe County and the selected firm), the concurrence of the Board of County Commissioners and the annual availability of appropriated funds.
