Summary of Specifications:
Purchase of furnaces and related products for the County’s Weatherization Program, a Division of the Arapahoe County Community Resources Department. Specifically, the County is seeking bids for the purchase of American Standard, Payne, and/or Rheem 80% and 92+% AFUE Forced Air Gas Furnaces from the lowest BTU rating to 100,000 BTU rating. The Weatherization Division provides income-eligible households in Adams and Arapahoe Counties with free energy conservation measures to help them conserve energy and save money on heating and cooling bills. One or more Vendors may be awarded contracts for the purchase of furnaces and associated installation supplies.
