Summary of Specifications:
Arapahoe County (the County) is seeking bids for general construction services to install proper drainage along the entire south side of the existing Events Center at the Fairgrounds. 

The project includes (but is not limited to): asphalt and concrete removal as necessary, trenching, installation of a new subsurface drainage line, installation of new electrical conduit and pull boxes, installation of a pump pit, and replacement of all affected asphalt and concrete to slope away from the building per approved construction documents.
