Arapahoe County (the County) is seeking proposals for General Contracting services required for the construction of improvements for Precinct 5 Sheriff Substation at 1641 S Parker Rd., Denver CO 80231 per the provided drawings. This project includes site work, abatement, demolition and construction services. The site consists of approximately .48 acres; the facility consists of approximately 2,045 sq ft on main floor with an additional 1,984 sq. ft (exterior measurements) in the basement. Construction is anticipated to begin in July and to be completed for occupancy prior to December 24, 2018 if possible.

Event Note

A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 @ 10:00 am at 1641 S Parker Rd., Denver CO 80231, to discuss the Specifications and examine the facility and site. A representative of the Contractor must attend this mandatory conference to qualify to respond to this contract.

This will be the only opportunity to view the facility. This includes contractors and tradesmen.

Contractors who fail to arrive at the pre‑proposal conference at the scheduled starting time (our clock) shall be considered non‑responsive and ineligible for award.

The Contractor shall carefully examine the requirements outlined in the Drawings and Specifications prior to the pre-proposal conference.
