A representative of the Vendor must attend this mandatory conference to qualify to respond to this contract.

This will be the only opportunity to view the site. This includes contractors and tradesman.

Vendors who fail to arrive at the pre‑proposal conference at the scheduled starting time (our clock) shall be considered non‑responsive and ineligible for award.

The Vendor shall carefully examine the requirements outlined in the Drawings and Specifications prior to the pre-proposal conference.
