RFP-03-67 - Integrated Interactive Communication Project

Summary of Specifications:
The Arapahoe County Information Services Department is seeking to implement an enterprise wide integrated interactive communications solution for both voice and web platforms, that is easy to install, use and manage. The solution is to expand communication channel choices for pro-active and reactive mass-communications to the public, provide broadcasting based on geo-graphical location, deliver an automated information system, and to create front end(s) for existing applications used for notifications. The selected solution will provide a modular platform to build upon interactive communication structures, such as a self-service inmate visitation scheduling system.
