Additional Bidding Instructions

A pre‑proposal conference will be held on June 23, 2020 at 9:30 a.m., at Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office, 13101 E. Broncos Pkwy, Centennial CO 80112. We will be meeting outside at the flagpole to discuss the Specifications. The County will adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) social distancing guidelines and County approved policies which at this time require that you bring a face covering to this meeting. If necessary, we will repeat the walk-through to ensure that all who attend will have an opportunity to hear details of the project. A representative of the Contractor is encouraged to attend this conference to become familiar with the Specifications.
