Summary of Specifications:
The Arapahoe County Facilities and Fleet Management Department is requesting proposals from qualified professional Architectural & Engineering Services firms for the purpose of establishing an on-call list (primary and secondary vendor) to assist the staff on future facilities projects (not including public right-of-way improvements) on an as-needed basis. It is anticipated the County will utilize these services throughout the year, and the awarded primary (or secondary, if applicable) vendor will be asked to submit fee proposals for each project being considered.
