RFP 22-38 - PROFESSIONAL AUDITING SERVICES

Arapahoe County is requesting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit its financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022, with the option of auditing the County’s financial statements for each of the four subsequent fiscal years.  These audits are to be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, the standards set forth for financial audits in the General Accounting Office's (GAO) Government Auditing Standards, and Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance).
