Summary of Specifications:
Arapahoe County (the County) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to all interested software consultants for the purpose of obtaining information and firm “not-to-exceed” submittals for professional services for the implementation of the Payroll and Human Resources (SAP HCM) functions with the County’s existing SAP ERP system.

Arapahoe County is replacing its Legacy PeopleSoft HR/Payroll system with SAP HR/Payroll. The County is planning to implement the HR/Payroll functions of SAP according to SAP Best Practices for HCM and Public Sector. County business processes will be reviewed and modified as necessary to fully leverage the capabilities of the SAP System.
