RFP-03-31 - Pre-Fabricated Livestock Barn

Summary of Specifications:
Arapahoe County Purchasing Department will be accepting proposals for 36,000 square foot pre-fabricated metal building to be used for a Livestock Barn at Arapahoe County Fairgrounds. This solicitation has two (2) phases in the proposal: Phase One – Preliminary Design Phase (Technical Assistance) and Phase Two – Design and Fabrication Phase. One Metal Building Manufacturer will be awarded. A complete set of plans, drawings and RFP documents may be obtained for thirty dollars ($30) non-refundable from the Arapahoe County Department of Development Services and Infrastructure Management, 10730 East Briarwood Avenue, Centennial, CO. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for July 28, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. (Local Time) at the Arapahoe County Department of Development Services and Infrastructure Management, Arapahoe Room, 10730 East Briarwood Avenue, Centennial, CO. This will be the last time prospective bidders may request clarifications and additional information before the proposal is due.
